How we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Who we are
Farholm LLC (“Farholm,” “we,” “us”) is an independent travel agency based at 521 Thorn St, Unit 15, Sewickley, PA 15143. For any privacy question or request, email hello@farholm.com.
What we collect
- Inquiries: the name, contact details, U.S. state, and trip preferences you submit through our contact form, plus anything you write in your message.
- Travel arrangements: if you become a client, the details needed to book your travel — traveler and co-traveler names, loyalty/frequent-traveler numbers, ticket and confirmation numbers, dates, locations, and preferences. Some of this may relate to people traveling with you, provided by you. These details are handled through the suppliers and booking tools we use on your behalf — they are not stored on this website.
- Site usage: privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics about how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy). Our analytics is cookieless and does not identify you or track you across other sites. Our hosting provider also keeps standard security logs.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to plan and arrange the travel you ask us to, and to keep the site secure and improve it. Depending on where you live, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request and your consent (responding to inquiries), performing our agreement with you (arranging travel), and our legitimate interests (running and securing the site). We do not sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf, and with the suppliers needed to arrange travel you book:
- Cloudflare — site hosting, security, and cookieless analytics.
- Microsoft 365 — our email, and delivery of contact-form inquiries to us.
- Travel suppliers & booking tools — when you book through us, the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and reservation systems needed to make and manage your bookings, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We keep inquiry messages in our email systems, and any client travel records, only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations — then we delete them.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, by emailing hello@farholm.com — we’ll respond as required by the laws that apply to you (which may include the GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA). Because our analytics is cookieless and we set no advertising or tracking cookies, there’s no consent banner to manage; you can still control cookies through your browser settings (see our Cookie Policy).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict security policy, and we limit who can access the systems that hold your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging travel. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children; if a booking includes minors traveling with you, you provide their details as part of that arrangement.
Where we serve
Farholm arranges travel for residents of 46 U.S. states. We do not offer or sell travel services to residents of California, Florida, Hawaii, or Washington.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
