How this site uses cookies, and the choices you have.
The short version
This site uses only essential and functional storage, plus cookieless analytics. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — which is why you won’t see a cookie-consent banner.
What we use
- Essential / security — our security provider (Cloudflare) and the spam-protection check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set short-lived cookies needed to keep the site working and tell humans from bots. These are required for the site to function.
- Functional — your light/dark theme choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so the site looks the way you left it. It stays on your device and isn’t used to track you.
- Analytics (cookieless) — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are popular and how the site performs. It uses no cookies, no local storage, and doesn’t fingerprint you or follow you across other sites; the data is aggregate.
- No advertising or tracking cookies. We don’t run ad networks, retargeting, or social-media tracking pixels.
Why there’s no consent banner
Cookie-consent banners are required when a site stores or reads non-essential information on your device — typically tracking cookies. Because our analytics is cookieless and we use only strictly-necessary and functional storage, there’s nothing non-essential to consent to.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block the essential/security items, some features — like submitting the contact form — may not work.
